My baby is doing ok...i took her to my vet and he put her on some antibiodics and he'll take the stitches out next Monday! she's gonna look so cute!
can i just say that I LOVE MY NEW JOB?! I do, it's the greatest. I love it, i'm always busy and I'm already learning so much on real estate and i think i have 2 of the greatest bosses I have ever had! God is such an amazing God, how he answered my prayer and put me where i wanted to be! he truely knows the desires of our hearts.
i'm so tired of this rainy weather, i think i'm getting depressed! my sinuses are acting up as well...it was somewhat sunny today but now it's supposed to thunderstorm tonight and be rainy tomorrow, i think that's what a week in A ROW! it might as well be snowing, because it's like having the "winter blues" all over again!
well now that i have a great job, i'm thinking of joining a gym...i really need to lose some weight, it's really getting on my nerves, hopefully i can get back on track and lose about 20..wish me luck everyone...or should i say, pray for me? i really am not a working out type of gal...but hopefully will get into it...

Well this weekend was great. My parents and grandma came down to visit, my dad ran in the mini marathon here in Indy. He did awesome, beat his time again this year, less than 2 hours! that's 13 miles people! My dad is amazing! We did some shopping and spent time together, it was really nice to have them down here.
Today I did some more training at my new job after I got off work at school. I think it's going to go well, the people just seem really awesome and really easy to get along w/. the job itself, well there is a lot of information to remember and things to do...it's not just answering phones..it's a ton of things! i know i'll learn it easily after awhile, I think I'll just be overwhelmed at first.
oh gosh, today was horrid at the end of the day, i'm a huge klutz. i was holding one of my fav girls and i was walking and we were in the gym, some little kid was riding a bike and rode right in front of me, i didn't see him so my shin hit the bike hard and i fell to the floor w/ the little girl, she ended up hitting her head on the ground hard...the poor thing, she cried so hard she threw up, and i think she might of had a concussion...she was looking a little wobbly in her steps and really light headed. i felt so awful, and my shin really freaking hurts, i wanted to punch the little kid riding the stupid bike...i know accidents happen, but i felt bad....i swear stupid things like this ALWAYS happen to me...always doing something stupid! sigh...at least her mom wasn't upset w/ me...she understood everything...so that was my lovely day today!
I have training again on Thursday and start on Friday at my new job. And on Wed. my baby Isabel is getting her ears cropped, so she's having major surgery..pray for her! the baby is going under and she does have a heart murmur! my poor thing, pray she does well w/ everything, I think she will...but pray anyway!

I SAW EISLEY!

I FREAKING SAW EISLEY LAST NIGHT!!!!

Eisley is my favorite band. I adore them, I know every word to their songs. I don't see my favorite bands, ever. My AMAZING husband planned this all out, he told me he was taking me out to eat downtown, well we ate at McDonalds and then he said he had a surprise, we drove to this small church w/ a huge crowd outside, still no clue what was going on...i knew these people looked like me, punk, emo, etc. but still knew nothing about Eisley even being in town. He's like, 'we're going here'. I turned the corner, saw the poster for Eisley and flipped out!
It was an amazing show. They are so talented and play better live. I took about 50 pictures and was pretty up close to them. I of course got a shirt and a hoodie. It was an amazing birthday gift, one that tops all birthdays! I'm so lucky to have a husband to surprise me like that! I'll have to post some pictures of Eisley up later.

FOUND!

Praise the LORD! We have found our babies! They were indeed at the Humane Society. We could of had them back on Sunday if the Humane Society would have answered their phone or the mailbox wasn't full!!! But they are back safe and sound and we're so happy! They both seem to be a bit more cuddly and loving than before! I think they learned their lesson! (oh and it was the cable guys fault come to find out, I'm calling the company today to see if they will reimburse me the expenses I had to shell out for getting my dogs back!)

not wanting to say goodbye....

today is the hardest day of my life. words can not describe the pain i'm feeling. i feel like i have lost my own child...instead i have lost my baby Nismo and Rico. They somehow managed to push open the gate on our fence just enough for them to squeeze out....i didn't realize this till probably an hour after it happened. this was at 10 this morning. we looked until almost 7 tonight. i have been on my knees praying that God will guide them back home. all the doors are open and will stay open through the night. i'll be sleeping on the couch just in case they manage to come home in the middle of the night or in the morning.
i know some of you aren't pet lovers and think i'm silly to be crying for hours over a pet...yet some of you are pet lovers and know what i'm feeling. (well both how me and jim are feeling) a pain of loss, a pain of emptiness....we are still praying we will find them (we're going to post flyers and call all nearby vets and sheters).

So it's been awhile since I posted.I have tried to update and change some things on this site and nothing is being saved, so I got annoyed with this place!!!

Work has been very stressful for me lately. I'm quickly losing my patience and tolerance...even some of my compassion (thought I didn't have that much to begin with! ha!) This week is going a little better and it's already almost over...which is odd since it feels like it just started! Which is good, the week has flown by!

Last weekend me and my friend went out to eat and shopping and ice skating (it's been forever!) I forgot how much I love to ice skate! We had such a great time together and bonding. Now I'm trying to set her up with my brother-in-law! Gotta make sure I have a good sister-in-law...which to be truthful, i'm not at all looking forward to ever getting...unless MY brother marries! But she's a great friend, so what could be better?!

Valentine's Day was good, got some cute things from my kids, candy and even make-up brushes and a bag! It's nice being a teacher sometimes! Jimmy and I stayed in...didn't do much...rented a movie..Elizabethtown...AMAZING MOVIE...a must see..it's one of those "artsy" movies..which is why I loved it...not really "hollywood" some cussing, but overall a wonderful movie...geez I sound like a movie critic!

Jimmy is doing well, nothing new to report. Job is same but good...pray for a promotion! he deserves one! he had a review the other day and got a really good review..but no raise..his boss never gives out raises to anyone! maybe his boss shouldn't get a raise when he derserves one...make him feel what it's like....moving on...

This weekend was a fast one, even though I didnt' really do anything at all! Friday night we rented some movies, Must Love Dogs...I'm a HUGE John Cusack fan, so of course I loved this movie! Saturday, Jimmy left at like 4:30 in the morning to go to the car show in Detroit! I slept in and just picked up the house until 7:00pm when I had to babysit one of my kids from my preschool, Ryan. I adore this kid, he's so cute and so much to fun! I had a good time babysitting. Easy money. He was fun, we played cars, read books and watched tv. He fell asleep in my arms! It was so cute! His mom said on Monday that he woke up Sunday morning and asked where My Erica was! Almost makes me want to have one!!
Jimmy had a good time in Detroit, he ended up going to Canada! He called and said he's never been there before so him and his friend Jamie decided to go. It was random! But he got some took some great pictures there. They went to the Mercedes dealership (of all places!) and found this small cars that they thought were so great..they are the cars that I saw everywhere in Europe years ago! And like the car on the movie "Just Married".
Then Sunday we went to church and drove around a bit to enjoy the day and played board games at night. Isn't that exciting? I hope everyone had a great weekend!
This week is stressing me out so far. The kids are out of control and I'm losing my patience quickly. Some drama is also happening at my center, which I hope everyone keeps in prayer.
